Terms of Use
- In these Terms of Use ('terms') 'we', 'us' and 'our' means the Child Health Promotion Research Centre ('CHPRC') and 'you' and 'your' means you the user;
- When you enter cyberfriendly.com.au (“this website”) you agree to these terms, you should read them all and be comfortable that you understand them, if you are not sure about one of these terms you can ask us to explain it by sending us an email at cyberfriendly.com.au ;
- We respect the privacy of all people who enter and use this site; we will treat any information that you give to us while using this website as confidential and we will not give that information to anyone else;
- At the moment, we are testing this website and need your feedback so we can make it more useful for you, so you would like to become a Member;
- When you become a Member of this website, by filling out the Membership form, you will be given access to this website while it is being tested. The testing ends at Midnight, Perth time, 31 May 2010, so you won’t be able to access it after that;
- We would like you to complete and submit a feedback form which will be provided each time you log out of this website; all of your feedback will help us make this website better for you;
- We want you to enjoy looking at and using all of the things on this website, but we need you to understand that it is protected by Copyright; which means you can read it, listen to it, print it and watch it, but if you want to show it to lots of people you need to ask us first. Just email us at cyberfriendly.com.au and tell us what you want to do and we will send you an email back letting you know if that’s ok;
- Remember that what you post or load onto this website is your responsibility, and it will all be stored (including your name) so you can look at it when you log back in. Only the cyberfriendly.com.au Project Team will look at your information, and we won’t let anyone else look at or use it;
- One last thing, cyberfriendly.com.au is not a counselling service, but if you are being bullied or are feeling blue please get some help so you can feel better.
